A billion-dollar manufacturing company in Georgia is looking for an HR Generalist. Reporting to
the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist will provide general human resources
services with an emphasis on Labor and Employee Relations within a large manufacturing
environment in GA.
This role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders across the client group
and is accountable for delivering of human resource services and programs. This individual
must demonstrate working knowledge of labor and employee relations, HR process
management, project management and other recognized human resources competencies – with
a special emphasis on Labor and Employee Relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Provides for and serves as an effective resource for employees to ensure clear
communication and alignment with company employee relations goals and initiatives.
● Provides local management/HRBP contract interpretation advice and
grievance/arbitration support.
● Engages with HR/Centers of Excellence regarding general practices, policies and
procedures and labor and employee relations impact.
● Responsible for Hourly employment separation process.
● Employee Relations - ensure timely and compliant handling of Grievance and Discipline
requests.
● Provide consultation to business and employees on all aspects of Labor Relations,
Engagement and Human Resource processes.
● Builds relationships with business leaders and the HR team to help drive successful
people strategies and programs.
● Identifies key employee and labor relations needs and develops project plans and
timelines for design and delivery.
● Identifies opportunities and recommends/drives change management strategies to
increase performance, reduce cost, and positively impact both employees and leaders.
● Supports the performance management program for designated client group including
goal deployment, routine goal reviews and ensuring that these are cascaded throughout
the employee base.
● Partners with recruiting team members and business leaders to improve and support
workforce stability.
● Assures that operations are conducted in accordance within applicable laws, regulations
and company policies.
● Supports Employee Relations initiatives including recruiting, retention, engagement,
performance management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
● Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
● Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or Labor
Relations preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
● Five plus years of experience in Labor management or a combination of labor law and
Juris Doctor.
● Five plus years of experience in Human Resources. A master’s may substitute two years
of experience.
● Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) or project management
certification (PMP) is a plus.

Development Manager who will develop and execute strategies that will position the company
as an industry leader. The EV Business Development Manager generates sales by supporting
the sales organization and dealer network through EV education and training, EV forecasting,
lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
● Leadership –creates and executes EV sales strategies that cultivate and expand EV
adoption and growth
● Sales and market share –forecasts EV industry and company sales, develops
understanding of market pricing, and works with dealers and direct fleet on strategic
pricing to win new business. Provides market analysis and ongoing updates on
competition. Develops and implements strategies to address competitive activities.
● Product –leads or participates in product demonstrations, while identifying product
improvements and market opportunities. Works with Regional Sales Managers, dealers,
direct fleet, and marketing to coordinate new product launches. Educates dealers on EV
product to improve their level of product knowledge
● Business Relationships – establishes and maintains strong internal business
relationships with Pricing, Field Service, Parts, Engineering, Warranty, Production, and
Quality department personnel.
● Strategic Partners – identifies and works closely with key EV ecosystem partners to
support continued growth for EV sales. Creates strong relationships with key customers /
fleets to increase customer service satisfaction and brand loyalty.
● Motivation –develops a program where very little exists. Motivates others and aligns the
team within and outside the company. Has the credibility to define the possible.
● Technical Resource –provides accurate technical information for dealers in
presentations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience
● 3+ years of experience in the EV industry, Automotive or transportation industry preferred
● 3+ years of management experience preferred

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is responsible for collaborating across business

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a
related discipline
● Minimum of 7 years of experience at a strategy consulting firm or in corporate business
development is required
● Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen
● Strength in corporate strategy: formulation, activation, and execution coordination
● Proven and successful track record of developing and driving strategic and purpose-
driven growth initiatives
