Overview:

Reporting directly to the company president, the Operations Manager will be instrumental in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring products are manufactured on schedule, within budget and meet the facility’s high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and process innovation.
- Lead a team of production staff, encouraging accountability, growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with various departments to align production goals with customer expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance safety.
- Analyze operational data to inform decisions on workforce management, production scheduling and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing management role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Experience in implementing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and regulatory standards
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Production Manager
Overview:
Reporting directly to the President, the Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations of a manufacturing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality industrial equipment. The Production Manager will lead the production team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet company goals and uphold high standards of quality.
- Lead and mentor the production team, promoting collaboration, skill development, and accountability.
- Continuously assess and improve production processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless production and operational efficiency.
- Make recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Address production challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials to prevent production delays.
