What we’re building in 2026
Looking ahead, here’s what we’re focused on for 2026:
1. Putting retained search at the center of our work
Retained search remains our strongest area of expertise. It gives us the time, structure and focus needed to thoroughly evaluate leadership talent and find people who will make an impact over the long term.
2. Enhancing our search processes without losing the human touch
We’re improving efficiency through better tools and processes, but the foundation of our work remains unchanged: high-touch search and a keen eye for talent that technology alone can’t deliver.
3. Growing our HR leadership network even further
Our outreach this year showed the value of conversations with HR leaders. In the coming year, we’ll continue connecting with more HR executives to stay ahead of emerging trends.
4. Strengthening and forging client partnerships
This year, we’ve been able to work with great companies across industries, building relationships based on collaboration and results. In 2026, we want to continue working with past clients but also forge new partnership to help more companies with retained search that is strategic, precise and aligned with long-term business goals.
5. Expanding our thought leadership
Our weekly blog continues to reach people beyond our immediate network. In 2026, we plan to build on that momentum with deeper insights and conversations that help professionals and leaders prepare for what’s ahead.
